  I really enjoy the juices and bowls. Tried the coconut curry soup, similar to a canned Campbell soup with lentils added
  , and tacos were OK, tilapia could be heated, veggie was good. Staff are super friendly, other than the older gentleman that is normally busy micromanaging. Overall, I think the concept is great and a good healthy option that Castlegar lacks.

  Castlegar has been waiting along time for a place like this........ lots of parking, actual healthy food like the sign says, live food makes it an easy decision for a quick healthy choice in this world of fast food!

  Ideal spot for those seeking some healthy refreshments or sustenance on a long drive through the Mountain range. The ambience in store is welcoming, and the store can be conveniently reached, not too far off the highway. Just ignore the parking lot in front and you get a lush valley view.

  Healthy tasty food prepared fresh!! This place does THE BEST soups...you get lots of filling nutrient dense food which leaves your tummy and soul feeling all the better for it! Great atmosphere, great choices and friendly staff!!! I'm not vegetarian or vegan and love the food!!

  A true gem, with top quality ingredients and preparation. I had a huge, delicious rice bowl and the best dessert, er I mean protein, balls ever.
